There is just something about your kid giggling...

The Bean family has been on vacation in the mountains of New Mexico enjoying the cooler weather and being away from work. Ainsley was a trooper on the flight and car ride which was a huge blessing and over the past week the "Tickle Monster" has been getting her and she loves every minute of it. Hope you enjoy because it just touches a special place in my heart.

2 Month Shots....

Shots are no fun! I don't care who you are getting poked with a sharp piece of metal rarely ends well. I do have to say the nurse did a great job at giving Ainsley 3 different vaccines all within just a few seconds. But our sweet little girl did not like them at all. The faces that she made and her cries broke our hearts but by the time we got out to the car she was doing much better. She was even able to fall asleep on the ride home.

TROUBLE....

So the other night I was holding Ainsley and noticed that the way she was laying there it looked like she was holding her head up with her hand. Amy grabbed the camera and Ainsley did the rest. Here is what we ended up with....what do you think? I think we are in trouble.

Our First Mother's Day

I know everyone has been wondering and yes we made it home safe and sound from the hospital. Ainsley loves riding in the car, well it just puts her to sleep. We have been trying to figure everything out since the arrival of Ainsley and everything is going good. Here is a picture of our first Mother's Day, Ainsley slept really good the night before but was not so happy posing for pictures.

Amy and Ainsley both got to come home today (me too but I know who is important here)! We are all trying to get into a routine. Ainsley is doing great with feeding-hopefully she will get some sleep tonight which will allow mom and dad to get some needed sleep also.

Ainsley Elizabeth Bean is Here!

Ainsley Elizabeth Bean has finally joined us! She was born at 4:07am on Friday April 17th. She is 8lbs 1oz and 20 inches long. Mom and baby are doing good but trying to get some rest since it was a long day and night for them.

39.4 Weeks...She is Almost Here!

Hey Everyone, Brad here I am taking over the blog for a little while to provide updates. I know its been a while well a long time since anything has been posted but here is the downlow on what is going on. Amy was admitted to the hospital around 8:45pm today and around 10:30pm the doctor came in to check and she is 5cm dilated. Hopefully our little girl will be here soon, we can't wait to meet her!


We did manage to get a picture in today between contractions so here is Amy at 39 weeks and 4 days. Hopefully we will have pictures up on here soon. Amy is feeling much better now that the drugs have kicked in.
